Assignments

All assignments are subject to acceptance by Lizadele Virtual Assist.  I will send you a confirmation of your request for my assistance by return email.

Assignments can be submitted either by email or by post.

Client Confidentiality

I will keep personal information you entrust to me confidential, unless I am required by law to disclose this.  Before undertaking an assignment, I will be happy to sign any Confidentiality Agreement.

Liability

I will endeavour to provide you with a first-class service.  However, final proofreading of completed work remains your responsibility.  I will be happy to rectify any of my mistakes free of charge if you notify me within 2-3 days of receipt of the completed work.

Please do not include any copyright material in the work you submit, unless you have the prior consent of the copyright's owner.  Lizadele Virtual Assist will not be held responsible for any copyright infringement.

Payment

I will send you an invoice upon completion of an assignment.  However, if the assignment is for longer than 4 weeks, I will generate an invoice for that time and every 4 weeks thereafter until completion.  Invoices MUST be settled within 14 days.
