| I am offering my services as a Virtual/Freelance Administrator, having had over 25 years' experience in secretarial work, office administration and as a Personal Assistant. Until the end of April 2008, I was Office Manager in a small but busy public sector office, with staff responsibility and considerable experience of office systems and procedures. I have had extensive dealings with the voluntary, public and private sectors in my working life.
I have considerable IT knowledge, including helping other members of staff resolve IT issues. I am proficient in the use of word processing, spreadsheets, databases, powerpoint, etc. I have obtained the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) which encompasses all these skills.
I also use Publisher and Photoshop regularly, making my own greetings cards and personalised calendars as part of my craft activities.
